According to § 7 point 1 of the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors' Statute (established by the 5th National Assembly of Statutory Auditors) while realising its duties, the National Council of Statutory Auditors elects and dissolves the committees according to its needs.
The committees conclude to preparing documents' projects (acts, bulletins, resolutions), analyse the real and legal status, edit the documents' projects, improve them and recommend them to the National Council of Statutory Auditors, which passes appropriate amendments and supplements.
The Executive Committee is of particular importance acting in the chair of the President of the National Council of Statutory Auditors. It consists of: Deputy President, Secretary and Treasurer. The Committee inspires and gives guidelines of the National Council of Statutory Auditors' activity.
